New stickers on tires.. How to get them off

Hello everyone,

I purchased 4 new tires from Costco, michelin premier a/s. And they left some plastic wrappings on the tires on all 4 of them. And this is the first time I bought tires at costco, and even from my previous purchases from other tire shops (discount tires), they dont leave plastic wrappings on the tires. Is this normal? Google searched said that it'll disintegrate while driving. and I drove for about 50 miles already after I got them, and they are still there. I tried to take them off and the glue is so strong... any tips?

Mine have always disintegrated after a couple hundred miles of driving.

^ or some aggressive driving/more miles and it’ll wear off.

After a few 100 miles of driving I found out the front ones are disappearing mayne 95% while the back are still maybe 40% ish there, Should I rotate the back to the front to get rid of them too?

If it bothers you it wouldn’t hurt. The front will def wear faster with turning and stop/go forces versus the rear.
