Do they sell in local shops or do u have a link ? Theres a napa thats not to far away i think i might them up i need basically everything i have no rags soups or any type of detailing equipment besides a vacuum

True, you can't go wrong with most Meguiars stuff. Except their tire shine. Stay away from the purple bottle!

If you want the actual Honda branded stuff this is all they have I think. From College Hills Honda.

2 soaps I like from Chemical Guys:

Citrus Wash: Really strong soap for when the car is very dirty

Glossworks Soap: For when you have already detailed and waxed the car. This stuff does not strip wax. The Citrus wash mixed very strong will. This is a great maintenance soap.

For the interior you can always get the Honda stuff but I like this stuff from Einszett lately. It definitely has an industrial serious cleaning has gone on sort of smell.

If the interior is not too dirty and you just want to get the dust off this stuff is the best though. Its almost all I use for interiors. It also has UV inhibitors to protect everything from the sun. If you only want to buy one thing get this stuff. 303 Aerospace Protectant.

303 Also make a great fabric and vinyl cleaner. They have a protectant also if your stuff isn't dirty yet.

EDIT: I almost forgot.... as far as clothes go I am no help there. Wear what you like? I guess. Hahahah, I think that must be a typo though.

Most auto parts stores carry McGuires & I-Glass.
If you can wash at home I'd buy two/three buckets, a couple of packs of micro clothes, two wash mitts(one for upper part of car and one for the lower grubby areas and don't switch from wash to wash.
Get this brush for your wheels, will have to order this(worth it).

Chemical Guys website usually has some good microfiber deals... also if you are going to order a bunch try this place online called microfibersinc. Cheapest supplier I have found. Also their waffle weave "glass" towels are drying towels on everyone elses site. They work awesome for drying. $60 to hit free shipping but you will be getting like 5 dozen towels.

I just called the place i bought my car they dont sell what they use but its called direct shield or durex shield couldnt really understand wat he said but yea main reason i wanted what they use was to keep that smell!

That smell comes from being new, not from anything they used on it.
Be careful if you try these air fresheners, I don't think any of them do the job........ But some of them can leak and the chems can f-up whatever it touches or drips on. Keeping food out of the car will do wonders. If picking up food close bag and put in trunk.
Cleaning with interior cleaner "helps" the smell .

25% off sale at Detailed Image this weekend, just use the code Spring14 at the checkout screen. There is a box for it.

So microfiber for drying the whole car? Wat about washing any specific type of rag / towel / sponge ?

Wash mitts for washing. Towels for drying and applying wax, sealants, etc.....

Definitely read the 2 bucket method article about washing:

http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-Pro/the-grit-guard-2x4-wash-method/

http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-Pro/how-to-properly-wash-and-dry-a-car/

I use the waffle weave towels for drying. Other towels for everything else. Color coded and different "weight" for different areas and products cause im OCD.

2 buckets, grit guards, 2 wash mitts. One mitt for upper panels, one for below the rocker line. I like sheepskin wash mitts myself. I use a sheepskin/wool on the upper panels and microfiber chenille "finger" mitt on the lowers.

I really have 3 though. My old worn out MF mitt becomes my wheel mitt. I get a new one every spring and rotate the oldest one out. Sheepskins get replaced when they tear.

I use 2 buckets and just 2 grit guards in the rinse bucket. I don't put any in the wash bucket. Shouldn't be any contamination in that one anyway. Start with the wheels and then rinse out the bucket, refill, and wash the rest of the car. Wheels are usually the dirtiest so do them first. If you do them last you will probably end up spraying dirt from the wheel onto your clean paint.

Wash mitts: Ya, I have the big wookie one too. Sheepskin on the bottom.

Microfiber chenille mitts for lower panels and wheels: They are fine to use everywhere when they are new though. You can get them anywhere.

Im so thankful for you guys uv been nothing but helpful! Even for the dumbest of things like cloths hahaha

It's not a silicone base like some of the others but it will turn your tires brown and sling off onto the paint. Once on the paint it can penetrate in and leave stains. The dressing is suspended in a type of petroleum base that can and will damage paint. You probably won't notice it as bad on a dark color though.

Megs does make a better tire product but you usually can't find it at pepboys/autozone.
For tires try their D170 Hyper Dressing. Its much better in terms of looks, protection, better for your tires, and better for your paint.

I use the Optimum Tire Shine. Its good on black trim too.

Some notes I have on that stuff..... check your bottle of tire dressing.

It's said that a tire dressing that contains polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)...
Is a "better" tire dressing than one that contains: Dimethyl Silicone (DMS)

But then again:
It is said that a Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion is a water dispersable form of a polydimethylsiloxane and silicone dioxidemixture.
