DIY P2R battery tie down (P001)

Basic tools you need for this job is ratchet with 10mm deep socket. If you don’t have it, you can use needle nose pliers too.

Zip tie clips on top of J-bolts are very easy to pull out.

I don’t have 10mm deep socket to use at the time so I use needle nose pliers to remove nuts from hold-down assembly. Unhook J-bolts from battery tray. (Make sure you remember which hole to hook them back correctly.)

Replace OEM battery tie down with P2R battery tie down. Reassemble every think back in reverse order.

Don’t forget to secure zip tie clips back on top.
