Post up pictures of your inventive Plasti-dipped parts. I'll start:

I've seen a few more members here who are familiar with plasti-dipping.

I'm not familiar with plastidip, I've never used the product.
Why do you use it as apposed to painting? What's the advantage? I see LOTS of posts and pictures about it.

To my knowledge you can just peel the plasti-dip off when you scratch it or want to change it. I haven't used it yet either but I plan to on my rims until I get the HFPs

Plasti-dip is a good alternative to painting something since it can be removed without ruining a part. It also gives a nicer flat black look than a flat black paint. Plasti-dip is also very durable and won't peel in harsh conditions. I personally like it, but I don't think I'll dip my wheels. I'll probably powder coat them since a friend of mine just purchased a powder coating kit. Lol.

This thread finally came alive. Post some pics!

I am thinking about doing this to my stock wheels (and going white) It would be nice to change the outer appearance of my car until i scrape together the coin to do some more playing and until I get my EKM3's (Which wont be long at all)

Homedepot used to sell them for $6 a few months ago.

It looks really good. Did you have any trouble with any plasti-dip peeling by the lug nuts?
