1. Bicycle pumps do actually work on cars.

2. Profanity written on your back bumper is a guaranteed way of getting attention.

3. You don't need a sports car, or modded car to have fun.

4. As years pass, it's become more about the people than the cars, but maybe we will get a 9thcivic owner to attend next year.

5. Saturday afternoon is not the best time to conquer the dragon.

6. 8-way ping-pong is waaaay more fun than "real" ping-pong.

7. WRX and S2000 owners share a common bond....hatred of slow ignorant harley / cruiser riders.

8. Operating the coffee machine at Fontana is voodoo magic, one must time the release of the button at the exact moment or have your hands burned; when your hands get burned it shakes more causing more caustic coffee to be spilled on your hand. If you're successful however, you're rewarded with some of the most foul instant coffee ever.

lose lose

9. Straight-piped S2000s aren't that loud when you're riding in them.

10. XM can't get it right, and cancelling is more trouble than you think.

11. An LX can keep up with an Si, and even a couple of Fits.

12. Run back to the lodge to post your pics of the day.

13. Jeff was never scared.

1. It's not as much fun without webby
2. Throwing things at people is great stress relief
3. Prepare a warm epsom salt bath as soon as you get back home
4. The corn may look appealing but it's soggier than you think
5. Tony is willing to go under the knife more than once
6. My little '00 civic ex can conquer the dragon
7. Killboy photographers at the dragon yell "Wooooooo!!!" excitedly when a woman is driving
8. The trim above the rec room windows is not held on very securely
9. Magali will fight tooth and nail to win a foosball game
10. Ping pong balls land in the most annoying places

Glad you all had a good time. I thought a couple 9th gens said they was going. I was going to go even schedule my vacation. But wife said she wanted to goto Cincinnati to visit my family.

1. A properly modded LX can be a blast to drive

2. 28, 143 and the Skyway can be just as much fun as the dragon

3. Friendship doesn't care what kind of car you own or drive

4. The dragon is fun to drive at 6:30am

5. The view from the Overlook at 7am is amazing

8. The smokey mountains at sunrise can take your breath away

9. I-81 is really boring

10. Ambulances like to drive slow in the left lane

11. Painters tape hates to get wet

12. Corvettes don't drive they glide

13. Fits are defiantly GO....

1. 9thCivic dragon attendees are excellent people

2. People don't mind passengers

3. Even a legacy can do fairly well on the dragon

4. A no-exhaust S2K can likely bust an eardrum

5. Jeff's WRX is much faster than he lets on

6. Fits are just as quick as any sports car (with proper driver skill)

7. The BBQ trailer has excellent pulled pork sandwiches.

8. The Dragon Den's rolls SUCK

1. A supercharged Si can be incredibly FAST!
2. An S2K can be incredibly LOUD!
3. It’s fun to watch a WRX driver try to drive a Fit.
4. GoPro cameras are nearly essential.
5. The Dragon’s Den burgers have gone downhill.
6. Most Harley riders have a mental block against the words “PULL OFF”.
7. Canadians love American beers.
8. There’s always this guy on an Apple laptop in the lobby at the Fontana Lodge.
9. The BBQ trailer at the Tail of the Dragon store is ground zero for great BBQ.

1. A floored Fit going downhill in fourth gains no speed beyond what gravity gives it....unless previously third gear was bouncing off the rev limiter

2. Bikers in the lodge don't take kindly to imports with messages stating that they will be eaten

3. Death_roll motorsports does great work in parking lots

4. It's incredibly amusing watching people pump up car tires with a bike pump

5. People secretly love hellbender and 143 more than the dragon.

6. Bear, deer, ground hogs and squirrels actively try to make you crash

7. Jeff is much smoother in the corners now than before letting me ride with and drive his car.

8. Nothing beats being on the dragon before 8 am (any day). The road is your personal playground

9. The dragon photographers are on the dragon early

yea but the vette was not overly confident in the front tires as he kept pushing under super fast corners so he had to touch the brakes.

That was me in the vette. Unfortunately, when I'm coming into a 25-30 mph posted curve at 90-100 mph, I have to brake. If you know another way to scrub off 40+ mph in 100-200 feet, please tell me.
engine braking :)
downshift to 1....I mean really, that was an easy one
