TUNE PROBLEM?

So last night I set my launch control up. As I finished with setting the rev limit and recovery I uploaded it to my car. I noticed that it said main tune (or something like that) as if it took the tune I had done from balanced performance off my ecu. The car acts no different other than the launch control works. But it doesn't feel like I lost power. Do you guys know if by me doing the launch control, that it messed with the precision tune I had?
