Maybe you could buy a 2012 switch panel to swap out with your 2013, which would make the switch fit. I have no idea if the two are interchangeable, but just thought I'd mention it.

Aren't those the center console emblems for the 8thgen? The Civic logo is out of date, but I still like them.

Not sure about that crown, but you could simply use the existing logo, then put "ROTM" on the left side of the 9 and DEC 13 on the right of the 9.
