2013 si clutch engagement issue??

I thought that it's normal for such a high engagement. There's quite a bit of slack up top too so the whole engagement length is actually pretty short. I'd adjust the clutch downwards before deleting the clutch delay valve and see if that solves your concern.

I think wondermalt has hit the nail on the head . Under the dash check the clutch connection, you can adjust the pedal position when the clutch engages. You are not adjusting the clutch just the pedal position when the clutch engages.

Iirc the adjustment for the pedal is just to take the slack out of the pedal. Our clutch is hydraulic and should be self adjusting.
