Just bought 2 HID kits from Xenon Depot...
4300k for low n 3000k for fog
Do i need to get a wire harness w/relays on the both of the HID kits?

Try and install them and if they don't start flickering then Ur good to go I installed mine and it was a plug and play and they work just fine but some kits only come with the ballast mine had what I believe is a relay already

I don't think you do. I thought that's for dual beam kits.

You don't "need" them but they are nice to have just in case something goes worng and causes a short. The relays will help not damage/put extra load on the stock wiring.

what a relay does is draw power directly from your battery instead of the stock wiring, plus most come with a fuse which adds another layer of protection. any questions please feel free to ask, i installed mine with a relay and it was relatively easy.
