Need help with Wire Colours

I'm about to add lights to my passenger side door controls and instead of wire tapping into the fuse box this time, like I did for the driver's side, I would like to wire tap. Can anyone tell me which one of these wires is positive and which one is a ground wire?

Don't worry about this. I'm going to wire it the same way as the driver's side so that they come on only when the headlights are turned on.
