Sound System Suggestions Please

Hello, i am very new with cars, i bought a civic si 2014 and i want to set up the sound, can you guys give suggestion how i will do it? To just make the sound a little crisp, clear and improve on the bass. I dont like it too loud just enough coz i heard if it is too loud you might get a rattle sound in the process.

Guy has done quite a bit of sound work. I know nothing. My car still has a tape deck.

You will need to swap all the speakers and add an amp at the very least if you want better clarity and a sub for better bass. Adding a sub is easy enough, but swapping out the speakers is quite the undertaking.
