Weird lighting problems

First off, I'm not sure as to where I should post this so I apologize if it's in the wrong spot. Now, attached is a video of my problem, basically the center console lights flicker. I've dealt with this since I bought the car. However, it's slowly gotten worse. It flickers more often than I'm comfortable with. I'm taking it to the dealer on Monday but I would like to hear yalls possible diagnosis. Took the video while the car was running, headlights were on and I was just idling in park.

Dimmer wire. You can adjust the brightness of the buttons/lighting correct? Still does it whether full bright or not?

Correct, no matter what brightness they're on, they still flicker. It's worth noting that only the console lights flicker and not any of the steering wheel lights or speedo.

Looks like a bad connection of some kind or a loose wire.
The power or the ground is dropping off so the lights flicker.
That's my guess.
