Honda Yuasa Racing duo Matt Neal and Gordon Shedden have taken a clean sweep at Oulton Park during rounds 10, 11 and 12 of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship. Neal took victories in the first and third race victories of the day but it is Shedden who has taken the lead in the points.

MG KX Momentum racing and pole sitter Jason Plato led the series going into race 1 but he suffered a suspension failure on the way to the grid and failed to make the race. Despite the setback Plato fought back brilliantly from 22nd to 3rd in race 2 and also took 2nd in race 3 but now trails Shedden by 12 points and Neal by 7.

Elsewhere Pirtek Racing’s Andrew Jordan took a pair of seconds before ending race 3 in the barriers while eBay Motors also made a welcome return to the podium with Rob Collard and Tom Onslow-Cole both scoring a third each. Also disserving of a mention are Independent drivers Dan Welch in his Welch Motorsport Proton Persona and Lea Wood in his Binz Racing Vauxhall Vectra who both scored personnel best results. Welch narrowly missed out on a podium for 4th in race 2 with Wood driving brilliantly to hold on to 5th in race 3.
