2012 civic sedan recirculation no increase in air volume

when I push the recirculation button with the glove box down I can see the vent door open and it will close if I turn recirculation off. so I know that's working BUT when I turn recirculation on the air volume does NOT increase every other car I have ever owned when you turned recirculation on the air blew way harder so my question is this normal for a 2012 exl with nav?

A lot of people complain that it just doesn’t put out enough cold, and if you aren’t moving it is significantly worse. I’m guessing you’re not satisfied with how cold the air is?

yup your right its cool NOT cold if its sunny out im not as cold as I would like to be if its cloudy or dark I can freeze myself. I have had the system checked by 2 shops everything is correct pressure/charge wise My daughter has my grandmothers old 1997 civic and when recir is pushed air output doubles my 2012 NO change in air with recirc I also find the 1997 ac to be colder
