2014 civic si transmissions

Ok, so a few years ago I was looking at an 8th gen but couldn't swallow the transmission issues, have these been resolved? Is it mostly slightly weak syncrhos and to much "racing"?

I have searched google by the way.
 
my 9th shifts like my 8th did after I hit the 2000km area I'm not complaining just not shifing like butter as it used to, no grinding or anything still easy to get it in gear just that u feel it more. Imo I still like the shifting
 
I just want to make sure that it's not going to be throwing itself out of gear,
