9thcivic.com's Ride Of The Month Rules:

Anyone with a 9th Generation Civic (2012+ Civic) is eligible to enter their car. Get out there and take some amazing photographs of your car!!!

Car Submissions: Open from the 1st-10th (11:59pm EST)
What can you submit?
  • Up to 3 photos Of Your Cars Current State (no photoshop collages allowed)
  • Text listing of your car modifications
  • Link to an introduction or car build thread where users can read more about your car
Staff Voting: From The 10th-15th
Staff members will vote on the vehicles entered, and narrow the list to the top 5

Users Voting: 16th to the end of the month
A poll will be started where users can vote on their favorite car.

Winner: :excited::clapping:
ROTM winners will win merchandise goodies, exposure on the home page, and a feature on facebook. Prizes subject to change from month to month. If you win ROTM, you must wait at least 1 year before you are able to run again.

Fine Print:
Cars and car parts currently for sale may not be included in the ROTM. If you don't get picked to be one of the finalists, do not get hurt by it. You may submit your car the following month. Campaigning for user votes is not permitted. This includes asking for votes on the forum (in public or pm), or any other website. If we see this, you will be removed from the competition. Rules are subject to change at any time.

Good luck to everyone!

I'd like to suggest that pictures of our cars also have the locations look picturesque as well, as opposed to parking levels/lots/etc.

I'm not pointing to this 1st entry(which the 1st two shots look nice), but just in general try to make the whole piece look as nice as the car.

i see what your saying. i just tried to put the most recent pics i have of the car.
as webby said we cant use pics that has different wheels or wheels we sold already.
i have tongs of pics lol

are we allowed to change the pics submission??

This isn't a contest to have the best car photo. Although, it can help compared to blurry camera phone pics.
I'd doubt we'd put in rules to say that you can't take a photo of your car in a parking lot. lol I've seen some amazing parking lot/deck photos.

I'll let webby chime in on the pic changes, but I'm sure it's okay to a point.

It's not a requirement to have specific pics. If users dislike the photos, it could obviously have a factor in your votes.

I'm not trying to make it a rule, I'm just saying as a fellow subscriber, in my opinion the whole picture would make a better looking entry.
When I vote on a picture the car as nice as it is isn't the only thing I'm basing my vote on. Everyone has their opinions, I was just expressing mine.
I just happen to like a nice picture.
