acura's r20

ok so my buddy is a tech at my local honda dealer and he worked on an ilx and it has a r20 in it. after some quick iphone research last night when i saw him and it looks all that gives it the extra displacement is the stroke is longer. do you think that soon we will see r18's using the r20's parts?

150hp/140tq in the ilx.

If it's just a matter of rods/pistons, it may be an option for people. Most will probably just tell you to turbo though. You'd have to dig through part numbers to compare items. I don't know if they share the same camshaft, valve springs...or head for that matter.
