If you want to use your OEM center caps with aftermarket wheels, but the retention clips don’t grasp securely, here’s a possible solution.
A guy over at civicx named Thawk makes adapter rings to hold them in securely. So far the rings are verified to work on Sparco, and Enkei Tuning Series wheels. I’m unsure of all the particular models they work with, but know the TS10 and YS5 Enkeis are verified. I’m planning to purchase TM7s, and Enkei stated that these models all have caps that are interchangeable, even if the styling varies.
I ordered a set for $15, shipped. Just thought I’d pass this along.
