Fog lights

Does anybody here knows if i need to cut the bumper if i want to install a fog lights? Is it just an insert that i could remove or needs to be cut? I got 15 civic lx.

Fog light housing/trim replaces the removable plastic trim on the original bumper. The trim is held in by clips. No cutting required.

Not sure if you have the coupe or sedan LX but here are installation instructions for both so you know what you are going to be dealing with, courtesy of College Hills Honda's website..
