Although this was done on a 2006 Honda Civic it is also the same basic technique for most Honda Cars.

Step #1
-Open glove box and remove all contents.
Step #2
-Locate the hinge tabs (back of glove box) gently push the tabs in to allow for the glove box to drop down.
Step #3
-Right in-front of you will see a black plastic frame that will say "air flow with arrows pointing down." on each side of the frame there are 2 tabs.
Step #4
-Push the 2 tabs in and pull frame and filter out.
Step #5
-Push from underneath to pop the air filter out
Step #6
-Replace old filter with new filter making sure that the air flow arrows are pointing down, the filter should be a tight fit with no gaps between frame and filter.
Step#7
-Put the frame and filter back into slot making sure the "air flow with arrows pointing down" push back till you here a click(that will be the clips clicking into position).
Step #8
-Pull the glove box up and gently push in tabs on each side release the tabs they should now lock the glove box in.
