How to remove underbody plastic panel ?

Hi,

I want to rustproof my 2013 civic but theunderbody plastic make the access ddifficult.
How difficult is it to remove the panel, and what tool do I need.
I check it and the tool needed is unkonwn to me, it is not a standard tool as far as i can see.

Any video is welcome too !
