Definitely not legal here in Maryland (where I live also)

I'm sorry they are 3k. And halogen arnt measured in kelvin scale. 90% sure they make 2.5k though. And hid are only legal if the come stock with the car but really not to many cops are gonna mess with u about it. Purple gets u caught a lot because they are way to bright. And yellow is awesome for night time driving!!!!!!!!

Also the low are 55w instead of 35w so they are more of a lime green then yellow

Anything under 4.5 k is acually less bright then a stock hologen bulb any thing over 4.5k is brighter. 4.5k is the same as a stock hologen bulb
