it'd be over 5k without installation, because you'd want to look at the cost of a new intake manifold (rrc/rbc), upgraded clutch, bigger brakes, wider tires, exhaust system, hondata flashpro, etc etc. There are additional expenses they're not factoring in. I think most people on 8th spent between 7-10k to have their setup installed depending on components used.
