Sway bars? Strut bars?

You'll be more than happy with just a rear sway bar and better endlinks.

Increasing the size of just the rear swaybar make the car rotate better. From the factory, it's designed to be safe getting your grandmother to the store... not kidding. If you want a more sport car feel, adding just the rear bar will make it corner flatter and rotate better (faster through turns). Adding a bigger front bar will make the car corner flatter again, but it will make the front tires do more, and that will make it understeer more..... even though the bigger front bar will make it feel like it's on rails, it will actually be slower through the corners at extreme levels of cornering.

The 22mm rear Progress bar is best for fun street use. The 24mm is definitely faster, but you can get yourself into trouble on the street if your speeds are above 60 mph and you don't have much experience racing a car (or know what not to do). Those who are not sure if the 24mm bar is ok for them probably should stick with the 22mm bar. If you have to ask, you probably want the 22mm bar.... if you know what I mean. Still the 24mm bar will be faster on track and autocrossing; so it's the motherload of affordable swaybars for best handling.

Then again ASR makes the killer race bar for the Civic.... At least they do for the 8th Civic... and it's a beautiful piece if you never have experienced an ASR swaybar. $550 is retail on that.

Oh wow that looks beefy. With the 22mm progress bar i'm lifting an inside wheel pretty consistently at autox, 26mm seems a little overkill for the street.
