System alerts after headlight install

So I had retrofitted headlights installed about 3 weeks ago, and for the last three weeks everything has been fine. However, today when I switched my lights on I got prompts to check the TPMS, ABS, Hill assist, and power steering. And these lights stayed on for the duration of my drive. When I turned the car on again, they were still on, but went away after driving for about 5 minutes. Then I switched my lights on in curiosity and the alerts/ lights came on again. Is this something That a tune would fix or does it seem to be more serious like an installation issue?

Do you have a relay wire harness, or are the lights directly wired to your oem headlight wires?

Due to lack of knowledge and and lack of time, I had them professionally installed, so I'm not sure. All I gave them were the headlights and the ballasts. It was done by the dealership

I would say you don't have a harness if they installed it, and you didn't provide one for them. A few people have had issues without using a harness. Any pics of the setup, or do you have hid on low/high beams...just low, or? Do you just have one set of hid ballasts? Depending on what you have, you can get a harness for around $10-20 online.

I can try to get some pictures tomorrow. I have HID only on low beams, and one set of 35W ballasts.

This is what you need for just the low beams. Or, search for "9006 relay harness" on ebay or whatever.

This is also a good idea once you receive the harness. Your harness will prob look slightly different, but you basically want to seal in the exposed areas to keep water out. It'll keep fuses from blowing and whatnot.
