I have another couple of days worth of leftovers. Quick and delicious.
I had that problem today from the Chili yesterday
I'm having Maryland Gumbo. Bought a small container yesterday from a local place.
Got a couple of New York’s waiting to be bbq’d tonight. Can’t wait!
And “healthy” sesame chicken a couple nights ago.
We didn't eat that. Change of plans. Leftover meatloaf.
Veggie Pasta with chicken patty.
Foods for the next several days.

I don't like mushrooms
Roasted red pepper puree. Gonna get turned into pasta when it cools off.
Paired it with a steak and Alfredo sauce. Reviews were very positive.

It's really easy. Flour, eggs, oil, and salt.
1 cup semolina flour
1 cup white flour
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp olive oil
That makes about 4 servings of a basic pasta.
It's a few days late, but I'm corned beef is on tap for dinner tonight. Big benenfit is that I'm not the one in charge of cooking.
