Undecided about either getting Eibach sportline lowering springs Eibach pro kit lowering springs or H&R lowering springs i want my car to be low but not low enough to rub scrape or cause any issues i want a noticable drop and a good quality ride which ones should i go with? I was also told that the sportlines ride high in the rear for non si models is this true?

It all depends on how big the driveways, speedbumps and dips are around your area. I have H&R's (alittle higher than sportlines) on my Si Sedan and i dont scrape on speedbumps but I do scrape on some dips and driveways. The drop is deff noticeable. Random people ask me what im dropped on lol. Also, on parking lots, I cant park over the concrete thing anymore.

Oh...driveways are pretty big speed bumps not that bad can u show me what it looks like? And what u think would be better for me? Is theur a big difference in how the si and ex would settle with the springs?

The Si springs have different spring rates than Ex/Lx springs. I think they drop the same but im not 100% sure.

Look into the official Lowered sedan thread. You will find good information and pictures to go by

Looks good man how much is that lowered?

And yea man ill check it out u have the link now very good at using this!

Sweet man im convinced hearing nothing but Good things bout em im gona get the H&R springs where did u get yours because i found 2 websites one is proimporttuner.com and The other is redline360.com and they have the ones for my car and say they are the same but the ones on pro import tuner are blue and more expensive and the ones on redline360 are black and cheaper and they are both the H&R sport lowering springs why is this?

idk man. Lol mines are blue. it could just be early production models vs current production. Maybe they changed the color. I bought mine used. Also, Tirerack.com have them so check out that site also.

Yea someone else told me bout that site im just get em from there they seem more legit and they are cheaper!

Sweet im just gona get them from there man...ill post pics when i get em and when they are on before and after too! Did u need a camber kit or just an alignment?

Looking at springs myself. What are the differences or concerns between h&r, tein, and skunk2? Skunk2 is the cheapest and has a good drop so those are the ones im considering the most.

Hey man what camber kit do u have on ur car with the H&R springs? And where did u buy it?

I dont have a camber kit on my car. If i want my camber back to OEM specs, I will need to purchase one but i think im fine as long as I zero out the toe. Which reminds me, I have to get an alignment. I have to get one right now actually. Ill post a pic of the results here. Off to Firestone :vtec:

I don't know if its to late or not lol but his is my car on Eibach sportline, the ride is stiffer and bouncier but you can live with it its not terrible. There is WAY LESS body roll, not completely gone but a definite difference. No rubbing issues with stock wheels, the front camber did not change at all and the rear camber is at about 2 degrees, I have camber arms and bolts but I have yet to install them. I have a question about lowering springs... I know that if I just did springs it would most likely void my warranty on my suspension correct? Also Should I do Coil overs or replace shocks, struts and springs?
