I have a '12 Si sedan. Will the 18 inch hfp r7 wheels off an 8 gen fit my car without spacers like the stock 8 gen wheels need? Just curious since I am interested. Here's a photo I found on Google of them on a 9 gen.

the photo is also a 2012 Si sedan so why wouldn't they..

I'm confused. Who told you they needed spacers on the 8th gen? Those are 8th gen hfp wheels to begin with. Yes, they'll fit your 9th gen.

If you want spacers to make it flush vertically to the fender, its gonna be 10mm rear 20mm front I believe.

Well with the stock 8 gen wheels to fit a 9th Si they need spacers and I don't want to run them. Wasn't sure if this car had spacers. My cars stock height idc about lows at all.

"Need" spacers....need? Needs it to look good? It has the same offset as the stock 9th gen wheel unless I'm nuts.

And I just looked. They are 45 offset. Same as the 9th gen oem wheel.

Okay. The 8 gen stocks were as well but needed spacers to clear the brakes. Wasn't sure if these did also. They had the same offset but somehow needed spacers due to bigger brakes.

I don't understand why you're saying the 8th gen needed spacers for the brakes? Those wheels were made for the 8th gen.

look at the description even - 06-08 civic sedan & si

The rotors are the same size diameter between the 8th/9th. The stock wheel offset is the same. Go buy spacers though. I'm out.

Honestly as long as they fit on the car without spacers I'm buying them. Don't wanna have to run them. Those look like they don't have spacers. I like them so much.

And also the 8th gen wheels sit on the calipers someone posted a picture of it a while back. I have a PMM '12 Si Sedan. I think these in silver will be fire.

Does anyone know where I can get a set of these wheels for a good price? Also are there any sites that have oem wheels for sale?

Collegehillshonda has them. They don't really have many silver sets used most are bronze. They're expensive I guess. I also saw stock 8 gen wheels on other sites. I just googled around. I'm picky as hell so buying used for me isn't easy because I'm so particular.

Well I plan on getting RX8 wheels on Speed3 they have the same bolt pattern as we do. Also I like the 17 inch Acura TL Type S wheels.

The TLS wheels are so nice. I'm more the likely doing HFP R7 18 inch wheels.
