Did the tuner turn off the 02 sensor do you know?

That code is a catalyst efficiency below threshold code because the header you just installed has no cat. You can either get it fixed from a tune (which you should get any way) or try spark plug defoulers.

Its on there tight to keep it from loosening up from the engine vibrations.

Someone on another forum put the zdx throttle body on the stock IM with a 3.5inch intake and said he notice a dramatic increase in low end torque and throttle response even before a retune.

9006 is for the low beam if that's what you're referring to

I have hids in my car since the day after I bought it and have had no issues. Install them correctly and you'll be golden.
