white house is saying canada misinturpreted tariffs as trade war. mexico didnt? i dont get it. what did trump want from us canadians?? we stepped up security at the boarders, tried to talk to him about it. am i missing something?

also , trade war has been in the news for a while, youd think someone at the white house would call us and tell us this before we misinturpreted it? lol

He wanted help protecting the northern border so traffic that used to come from the south didn’t divert and then come from the north. Seems like he got that commitment from Trudeau. This was mentioned months ago in the Presidential campaign.

They are all "over" now(canada and mexico).....Cheetoh got played and still thinks he won....

I would like your definition of winning. Not trying to pick a fight or anything of the sort. Just would like to see the perspective of someone that voted for him of how things are going in the short amount he has been in office.

I truly am not….I don’t care that a republican is in office. I just don’t agree that it should be Trump. A few of my die hard Republican in-laws also agree. My vote in SC isn’t worth a **** and prob never will be. I even voted for a R state treasurer….because I worked for him during college….:giggle: no lie either.

I agree that there is way too much spending on crap that we shouldn’t be spending on but the way that it’s being done, I don’t agree. Yes, people will be pissed regardless but why cut out stuff/services that hurt the low income folks. Giving Elon free power to pretty much do as he wishes and getting access to all kinds of data that is classified when he isn't even an elected official, c’mon now. Especially that “they” circumvented getting classified info by firing people and then access the classified info. Straight up dumb.

I’m feeling a bit indifferent at the moment. Not winning or losing. Still happy Trump beat out Biden/Harris. Looking forward to more dialogue between President Sheinbaum and Prime Minister Trudeau.
