Dude. If you use the stremio app it's like having Netflix accessibility but it's almost free and you can watch what ever you can think of and it's all in one place. No need to record it and watch it later.
Do DVRs still use HDD or did they switch to solid state?

Hey, gas is back up to nearly $5/gallon in WA. I paid $4.89 the other day.

I don’t even want to go thru what we have for some subscriptions. It’s pricey. Went streaming services because it was cheaper than cable but over the last two years, that’s not the case anymore

It's for when you want to do dumb sh!t but confuse everyone so the cops don't know what kind of car they're looking for.
I actually recall something similar in the past where the person used a bunch of "0" and "O" on their plate to try and make it confusing to call in the plate.

something like this:

No Smart TV's in the house :giggle: Well the living room TV (43" Samsung Plasma) has the Xfinity X1 box and the bedroom TV (32" Dynex) has the Roku since I was tired of paying $5.99/month (at the time) for the DTA box.

most of those shows would be over the air for free

Like an antenna?

Shew! $2.87 here

it gets a little frustrating on windy days when signal gets messed up though
I’m struggling to know if this is a joke or serious? Did you put it outside? I’ve had a few like this for like a decade and haven’t had an issue (they’re inside the house).

i think it depends on your relative elevation to the transmitter but i get signal disruption supposedly from trees and stuff blocking signal as they get blown around

wind and rain can disrupt TV signals by attenuating the radio waves, causing multipath interference, obstructing the line of sight, and affecting the alignment of the antenna

ah okay. I think I've only had an issue one time randomly when it was snowing insanely bad with like 50mph+ winds. Even in bad rain it's been fine for me, but maybe I've just been lucky.

i notice it a lot less since ive cut back on watching the news, its better for my mental health, so most of the time im just using my media server to watch/listen to old sticoms while i make dinner, and whatver shows i feel like watching after. the OTA antenna lets me dvr the late night shows i want to watch the next day

Woke up with a headache so I stayed in bed for an extra hour or so....don't tell my boss, lol

Currently drinking my coffee....
