I'm really leaning towards the ultimate racing downpipe as full race as discontinued theirs. I'm just really torn between if I wanna go catless or catted. I've read up on a lot of good things regarding UR's downpipe, but not sure if I want to spend that extra 150 for a metal high flow cat, any suggestions? This will be my first "mod" and I will also be buying flash pro to leverage the dp.
Thanks!

Do you live in an area that does any type of emissions testing? You’ll need a high flow cat if that’s the case.

Additionally, should I get the o2 defouler as well? Would that allow me to bypass the CEL?

Looks like ultimate racings down pipe hase both o2 bungs at the time which is nice. if you go catless you would run the up stream o2 sensor and plug the second bung or you can run an a/f guage and use the second bung for that. no reason to get a defouler , just disable the secondary o2 with flashpro. highly doubt a defouler would even work that close the the inlet anyways.

as for the cat vs catless. its preference and moral compass. do you care about baby seals and poluting the earth? do you not like the smell? then get a cat. if none of those things bother you and you're willing to possibly get a large ticket from the police for tampering with your emissions and want a few more horse power then go catless.

catless is also louder if you have a full exhaust, like a lot loud and it produces a "hiss" type noise without the cat.
