I don't believe Tesla has the authority to do that. Lol. I don't agree with the vandalism either though. I feel like the world was a better place I'm the 90s and early 2000s but I was also young and paid no attention to the news and had no social media.

The police have that authority. This is getting widespread with similar incidents in Kansas City, Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Colorado, Europe, Massachusetts for fire bombing attacks. Countless other places for protests of Tesla buildings and stores, even blocking employees in the buildings.

I’m not a particular fan of Teslas or Elon but this just batshit crazy. Many of these people who are pissed likely were fans of Elon just a few years ago when he voted “correctly” and now hate him now because he’s changed his vote to Trump. Musk was a Obama/Clinton/Biden supporter until the censorship during covid. I had friends who bought Teslas and Tesla stock 8-10 years ago because he was gonna change the car industry in the name of climate change and his SpaceX was demonstration of how smart he was. They waited in lines for cars for upwards of 2 years to get that $100k Tesla. Heck, they did the same to get that crap like they call a Cybertruck. He started turning “bad” with admonishing Twitter for censorship and banning people who dared to question anything Covid. After he bought out the company, he was worse but still “tolerable” - see Cybertruck frenzy.
He fully went “Nazi” after endorsing Trump after he got shot in the ear over summer of 2024. Now he’s a “vile, disgusting human who shouldn’t exist. A Nazi. A fascist. An oligarch.” Takedown Tesla, vandalize, burn, destroy.

Oh how the times have changed. I kinda want to tell the people protesting him that they built that brick by brick through the years to monetary prominence and now in his political shift and radicalization.

Ill read that story later but I was referring to my comment about how Tesla was going to get out of the situation they're in.

Yeah you're probably mostly right. I only liked Elon because he was building reusable rockets and starship. But lets be real, electric vehicles are hardly better for the environment, and his rockets are probably causing a lot of environmental issues crashing back to earth each time.

I don't get why musk has anything to do with the USA government other than helping his rocket company progress faster.

I love teslur.

I have a friend that traded in his Model Y (I think it was) for a Hyundai Ionic 5N because he's anti-Elon. I could tell it was coming.... just the way he started talking.
I believe he had Tesla stock as well and sold that. Not sure how much or when he bought into it.

Yes, vandalizing and burning cars is not the way. Same as breaking into a federal building and damaging that property, is also not the way. At the end of the day you are dealing with people and people have shown to be idiots many times over. Of course, not all people.

I think people don't like Elon because he finally put down his hair and let his true self come out....or he is just playing with everyone just to make money, which doesn't seem to be working out for him. He is openly supporting alt-right folks over in Germany and similar "nazi" support. So yeah, people are going to flip on how they feel about him. Then thrown in all the violations and such, on how Tesla/SpaceX is operating and not doing things "by the book". Also, buying himself into gov't prob didn't help either....which is also partly Trumps fault.

So people dumping the stocks/cars and not liking him now is their right/choice. Just like the republican folks did with Bud Light/Target and other companies.


I still don't know how Elon is still "employed" at Tesla, he is only a 12-13 percent owner yet is pretty much the cause of the stock tanking so much. I guess the other owners are waiting to cash in on the gov't contracts.

I see him as the face of a company similar to Steve Jobs. Just took something that was already there and managed to make it better and do a lot of promoting.

Arson is considered a violent form of vandalism. Shootings are also considered violent acts.

People who own Teslas or work at Tesla dealers would be classified as non-combatants.

Therefore Tesla vandalism via arson, shooting vehicles, etc is a violent act against non-combatants in the pursuit of a political message, aka terrorism.

How is Tesla and/or their property in pursuit of or against a political agenda or ideology?

Would an ex-girlfriend that shot their ex-boyfriends Tesla because she doesn't like the guy anymore. Would she be brought up on terrorism charges?
