Loud thunk when I shifted into second gear

I have a 2014 Honda civic 5spd manual. I shifted into secon gear at around 6000rpm and heard a loud thunk. I did pop off the clutch a bit quickly (traction control light flashed) I really hope I didn’t break something on my car. I know it needs rear brakes but that wouldn’t make a loud thunk noise. Could it be the rear suspension? I think a part of mine is wearing out. One more thing I noticed was that about a minute after this “thunk” liquid (which looked like water or windshield washer fluid showed up on my windshield.) However, the car is idling fine, it goes into every gear, and nothing looks like it’s broken under the hood or leaking.
I have a clip, but I don’t know how to attach it
