@Sleepingpanda did you get your steering wheel done locally? I'm looking for a place to do my sentras steering wheel. I just need it re wrapped in leather. Wondering if you went local since I'm in southern nh.
Stop doing that because you're going to blow that motor sky high with those afrs. Maybe your pump died. I had a walbro die on me..under boost conditions it just had nothing one day..check fuel pressure.
So here's a few shots of it this season so far. I'll work on looks eventually. This car has always been about all go, no show. It's a driver, meant to be beaten and driven.
All the interior pods are one off stuff made by me. The new innovate scg1 has replaced the innovate xd16 wideband spot on...
This year I've been putting some long needed TLC into my Spec v. New brakes, new air filter, new control arm, and replaced my wideband cause I needed a new af sensor anyways. Also setup a new pcv system in the car with a vented catch can. So I upgraded some things too. Running a innovate...
I have buddyclub n+ coils. I have the fronts all maxed out for lowness and rears almost there. Basically as low as they can possibly go all around. They ride amazing for how low the car is. Until you hit some nasty roads, you don't even realize your as low as I am. Everyone's amazed that has...
Sure is, and is prolly what's wrong, but you stated that Honda would cover it even out of warranty. I'm just saying that's not the case with a tsb, that's all. Its a common issue, but not something they'll cover out of warranty. Unless they good will it for you.
Tsb's aren't recalls. Just cause its a tsb doesn't mean its covered outside of power train warranty. If close, they may be able to good will it if they are feeling generous and you complain a lot.
The pillow ball mounts might be an advantage but the buddy clubs have slotted strut mounts that allow for more than 3 degrees of neg camber. I haven't had one budge either. IMO, it's more simple and just works. Plus, less to fail.
I've had my buddy clubs on for almost a year, daily driven 100 miles a day. The ride is incredible for a coilover setup. Most who run coils are impressed with how it rides. I also have my dampers set pretty stiff. As far as them being super stiff, not at all. For coils, they are impressive IMO...
Yeah, I'd like to see these cracks. I've had godspeed arms on ny car for well over a year now. Daily drive the car 100 miles a day. While they squeak when the temp drops below 30, no other issues.
What's everyone run for a drivetrain and components? I'm thinking of maybe going to a 1x11 over the winter. I do love the ridiculous low climbing gear on my setup now though. There is times where it has come in handy on those steep long climbs. Wondering if I'd miss it.
Also trying to figure out...
Yeah. While pricey, they are legit quality. I went through one nasty snowy month on them. Salt like crazy, just washed once every other weekish, and now they have been on for about 9 months and they are perfect still. I removed the fronts lower lock ring and dropped them to the perch lock ring...
