This is the one I took the day I installed it, I’ll take a new one later when I have to drive home. The main reasons I chose this headunit over an aftermarket was for the looks, and price. This headunit cost me around $130 and it was essentially plug and play. Where as most aftermarket radios...
In regards to that, I forgot to mention that the timing code it threw uses data from a cam position sensor that was replaced with one that was marketed as “Brand new” and “OEM Equivalent” so it’s possible this sensor is faulty. We’re gonna try and get a working one from a friend with a BRZ to...
Things we checked shortly after my original post:
Vacuum lines coming from both the TB and intake manifold
MAF: verified it worked by testing the wiring and seeing the data it was sending to the ECU through Torque Pro.
Fuel pressure (also using Torque Pro)

Long story short, friend and I just finished rebuilding the engine (FA20) for our 2014 Subaru BRZ Premium. Before the accident, owner said the car was running perfectly, and would even start after the accident. Now we can’t seem to get it to idle On its own.
It’s worth mentioning that we can...
Soon my friends! Picked up these gems from one of my good friend for an insane deal. Cant wait to get these hooked up! Thankfully I will not be doing the wiring, one of my other friends volunteered for the sake of my car lol. My wiring jobs are not really the best and id prefer for this to be a...
Thought about it, but we’re just building it back to stock and then it’s gonna get sold. So it really wouldn’t be all that interesting

I’m glad I’m not the only one who was bored out of their mind today [emoji23]. Only day off I have this week and I didn’t know what to do with myself! Ended up driving with a friend of mine from Tampa to Downtown Orlando. We were picking up what was advertised as a complete transmission with a...
Are you using 0W-20? From what I've heard form some SI owners is that they tend to use 5W-30 which helps with "The noise". What noise, I'm not sure. Its possible they could be referring to your noise. At the same time, I wouldn't recommend switching to a thicker oil, I've always been one to...
Sounds like your tensioner. Same noise mine is making at the moment. Honda tensioners are not the best lol. If it gets any louder or starts making a grinding noise, id replace it.

Voltage regulator, and bearing. Bearing was louder than the engine idling, and it wasn't putting out the correct voltage. Just replaced the whole thing and put in a new belt.

Mine barely lasted 50,000 miles (80,000KM) before it went out. Replaced it with a premium reman and haven't had a problem with it in the past 10,000 miles.

You should still be under the basic warranty from Honda 3Year or 36,000 miles. I'd take it back to them to see what's going on. It's possible it could be the belt tensioner. Honda belt tensioners aren't the best and tend to go out early. I'd be of more help if there was a video where I could...
