You prob can just open a 401k account on your own and just have your employer put a portion of your paycheck into that account. Or just cut a check/transfer funds yourself. You just have to open an account with a 401k “provider”. Like Fidelity, John Hancock and many many others.

Might want to unplug the battery so you don't end up killing its life span early.
