    Brake Pressure

There could be air in the lines, but its also normal for the brake pedal to sink a bit if you're stopped and engine vacuum drops; as when the A/C compressor cycles.

Wide wheel guys... gimme some help!

I'd really think twice about taking a grinder to your car. I think rolling is the better choice. Can you rent a roller locally?

    Clutch Noise

In all likelihood the clutch disc is broken - just like the op's clutch was. What happens is the metal in the center of the disc that houses the torsional damper springs opens up due to repeated shock (usually due to hard shifting). The result is that the springs rattle - usually heard when...

    Mechanics toolset

If you need get the basics... 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 and 19 mm wrenches and sockets. A good set of screwdrivers - don't cheap out as a poor Philips screwdriver can do more harm than good. An 8oz ball peen hammer, a test light, needle nose pliers, side cutters, a good set of vise grips and slip joint...

    Pauly's "You're my boy Blue!"

Exactly! I've got my eye on a potentially free take off Si suspension. If I can score it I will buy some lowering springs. I'm not a coil over kinda guy. I'll load the spinng onto the struts and... lower in the summer, stock in height in the winter. Sure I'll have to swap the spring and align it...

2012 Civic MPG - share your current gas mileage

Nothing-makes no difference to the compressor. It may in fact make the AC work less hard as the air entering the evaporator would possibly be cooler and dryer than the outside air. Running AC on recirc would be the same with the exception that you get to choose which vents the air exits from.

Looks like selecting Max just selects dash vent and recirc automatically for you.

    Moddication Shift knob

I powder coat as a hobby. The finish is down to the powder used - some are "mirror" - syrupy like; others are matte; others have texture; it all comes down to the powder. The valve cover is textured black - the exhaust heat shield is mirror red.
