I just turned over 16k on my '14. It sits in a garage every winter though.

It should say in your manual for the coolant and tranny fluid. The NKG Iridium fits the Si so I wouldn't think the block would change so much that they wouldn't fit in the R18. May have to gap them though, not sure.
