So I take it removing the gas cap is release pressure from the tank so fuel doesn't squirt out of the injectors or the fuel rail?

That is quite a different outcome compared to Road & Tracks dyno. I know results will differ between dyno types but I wouldn't think there would be such a huge difference.

I had about 27 different calibrations before I got the final one. There were a few that were comparing runs with similar calibrations so over all it was actually over 30.

You should be able to rotate the bulb so the electrode faces down. That may eliminate the black lines.

I know this may sound like a silly question but was it a new fuse you put in or did you check to make sure the fuse hasn't popped? Sometimes the easiest stuff to check is overlooked, something I learned from personal experience.
