A good friend of ours is a professional detailer. He had some clients lined up in ATL (lives in Orlando) and did the Si while he was here. It got a basic correction and CQuartz protection. She sure looks purdy. Once we can take it outside tomorrow after the curing process I'm sure Mrs will post...

Bikes!!!! (MTB, Road, etc... just no motors)

So this weekend I participated in a charity ride for Bike MS. My lack of training showed, but I had a great time, set a couple of PBs. The weekend started with the drive down to Ponte Verde (just south of JAX), and a CRAZY looking sky with torrential rain. Saturday morning was more of the same...

Thank you! Hoping to get down to the host hotel early enough on Friday to knock out a quick 20-30 miler to prep the old sit bones. I haven't been on the saddle much at all recently with work. It'll be a challenge for sure. I'll have to bring the chamois cream. haha.

This is true. The weight difference between high quality 2pc floating rotors such as Performance Friction and OEM is staggering, also. Specialty BBK calipers and race calipers also shave a ton of weight over the factory options from Acura/Porsche/Mitsu...

Blasphemy. We all know this is the internet and everybody's opinion is factual.:bunny: A lot of the time the fixed caliper upgrade provides the user with better feel/consistency etc but actual stopping distances are the same. Plus, BBK's are cool. So if you have the money why not. Still need...

I occasionally have students at the BMW events with nice Hondas.. I'm good friends with the chief instructor and he knows I'm a honda guy at heart too, so I get the cool stuff. I had a K-frank swapped & caged CRX last September, it would blow the doors off most cars in a straight line. At least...
