HVAC, Middle vents not blowing on foot and Dash mode

Might it blow "weaker" because the center vents also supply the under seat heat vents for the rear passengers?

HVAC, Middle vents not blowing on foot and Dash mode

As I was about to suggest to check the "individual flow control knob" aka don't freeze the spouse out knob....

    Rear Brake Pad Replacement

Just finished our West Coast (9600+ miles) run to visit family and friends and a dozen or so National Parks. Took the Si in for oil change and at 42,000 miles service tech said rear pads are almost done, with only light scratching on rotors. He said the fronts are barely worn. (We're very light...

Got MPG on my mind (Automatic Transmission \ CVT)

Florida has hills??? My memory is the only "hill" between Orlando and Cape Canaveral was an Interstate overpass about 35ft altitude - the rest was flat! Wiki... says highest is 345ft

    Reckless driving

Agree with all but #4 - any movement toward glove box, console, seat, or hip pocket invites most veteran officers to draw their weapon, have you get out of vehicle, and after they've frisked you, await the drug sniffing dog.

Reaction time! First one to the finish without a red light (foul) is the winner.

Low Rumbling Noise on Wife's FA1

How often do YOU drive her car? Has she mentioned it? Open hood and locate area noise is coming from. Mileage on car? AC on? Manual or auto transmission? Wouldn't think pulley/bearing would throw a CEL until it froze or belt came loose/broke.

Do you drive with fogs on?

On with low beams, always - Discovered the first evening we had "Blue" that the extra illumination at the edges makes driving dark backroads and corners much "easier".

    Does Seafoam actually work? Vid.

With unleaded fuel and low oil consumption there is very little carbon build-up. At 120k those pistons are very clean. My auto-tech instructor (circa 1970) recommended running a quart of ATF through the carb, using the same process. My Road Runner totally smoked the neighborhood and the plugs...

2012 Civic MPG - share your current gas mileage

Where are you located? How many miles on the car? Winter weather & gas remix is a killer. Our '12 Si has averaged 32.6mpg (actual) over 26,000+ miles (30.6 Winter, 33.5 Spring- Fall), but our last tank was 27.4. Of course it's been near zero in the Berkshires for the past month - not to...

Pothole + civic = airbag light

No settings to mess around with, just turn the fog fights on and leave them on (on the '12 Si it's the inside rotary switch on the turn signal stalk). The fogs will be on anytime the low beams are on.

not sure if that was a little sliding, spinning, or intentional

    Call from the dealership today...

If they just called about finding the check and trying to cash it, it sounds like they just want the $1,000 you committed to them for the car - pay them what you owe and it's all over.
