Spray some silicone (NOT WD 40) on the boot and see if it goes away - you may be on the right track. It could simply be the boot making a rubbing noise because of the angle it is running at.

Neither did mine, but was toed in a ton front and rear - actually drove pretty nice before the align.

:(OUCH! Looks like right through the paint. Don't be shocked at the repair estimated.

FWIW my rear camber was marginally out of spec after the post drop align - not enough to worry about. The front was all good. Of course the toe had to be adjusted. (I'm also on Eibach Pros)
