Noticeable with windows down between 1-3. Windows up you need to listen for it. It's not bad at idle either when your outside the car. I also have a stiff motor mount so I have a bit more noise at low speeds anyways.

On the upside, there is a bit more high end power. I was able to get some good speed up on my drive so that it was noticeable.

Evap is the last to set. You typically need to turn the car off and let it sit before it will set.

I got the sensors to reset and pass inspection. Looks like it resets at night when it's cold out. I have a 1 year old optima yellow top battery and the battery is still good. Should have more than enough CCA and the car never struggles to turn over. I'm going to keep investigating.
