I would be concerned with the length. I believe the si lid is longer as the spoiler protrudes more. While you may be able to conform to the curve the flap will actually be too long on the ex. Maybe the vendor can provide some dimensions

The lid is the same for all models, the garnish on the lid changes.

I'm no expert but it seems like your caliper is not properly aligned to the rotor. It's odd that this would occur so evenly on both sides of the car. It looks like your actually compressing the rotor at an angle. I would check out the way the caliper is mounted and make sure everything is set...
