solved this issue if anyone ever runs into it in the future. It was a little more work than i had expected. Had to take the dash apart. Capacitor C8890 or C8980 (forget and didnt write it) was actually blown. Turns out i slightly exceeded the secondary current and it was pulling it anyways once...
you'll have a hard time fitting those wheels without stretching the tires too much. If the offset is too high, you'll be hitting inner struts unfortunately...

yes, you can certainly put them on a dimmer. But a 5-12v potentiemoter. it's simple resistance load dimming and you can dim from full brightness to off :)
you don't have to do any of it any certain way. As i have mentioned before i wired mine seperate so i have independant control of both factory high beam and my projector highbeam :)
hey! So, here is how you feed the signal for solonoid switch. You thread it through the hood cable pull! Simple idea but it's un-obstructed and works flawless, completely hidden too! :D

so you dont burn out ballasts with factory switchin you use aftermarket 40A relay with 30A fuse. Power comes independent, to switching relay and then from signal; wires from OEM headlamp control into relay to do the switching. Factory honda wiring can't candle proper current inrush for ballast...
