    I was going to get the Swift Spec-R springs but decided to go with the Teins [slightly stiffer in the rear but still progressive =( ]. Hopefully I don't regret it!

    @webby - I was thinking the same thing. @Monk - No rebound adjustment. They're very similar to the Koni STR.T. I found out from reading Chris Redshifft's review of them.
