Any fix to this issue? If I just sit in my driveway and Rev my engine to the same rpm, there is a slight vibration. It feels almost like a motor mount giving or an exhaust component rattling. During normal driving everything is fine as well. Kind of weird. The dealership may be the best...

I know it's been awhile since someone posted here but I'm experiencing the same issues on my 2012 Civic Si sedan. I noticed both my A-pillars (I believe that's the right term) on the sides of my dash are causing all the creaking sounds. I believe these pieces of plastic are covering airbags too...
