service

Hello I have a civic 2013 1.4 for a year and i got the "service due soon" message at the imid screen with no codes or anything.At the maintance info you can see at the photo what it shows and i don't know the meaning,i'm talking about the B:+-(P) symbol,the manual is in German. Anyone can help?
