Hey guys I am new to these forums and I wanted to see if anyone can help me out.

My plan is to go for like a nice flush look on my wheel fitment so I would like to know what springs or coils I should get

Also I want my rear wheels to be cambered out in the back like -2 maybe - 3 degrees and I have no idea on how to go about doing that so if anyone knows that would help

You need 2 of these for adjusting the rear camber.

No idea how low you're wanting to be. H&R springs are about a 2" drop. Beyond that, you'll need to purchase coilovers. You can look through @Nomar06 's build thread if you want to see how low h&r springs go.

I'm not sure if this is true or not but I heard that when you lower your car your wheels might camber out a bit on its own and then people buy camber kits to re-align them.
but I think I heard that was just for coils, but again, I'm not sure.

Also I forgot how it goes, Does more offset (a higher number) mean the outside of your wheel is more aligned with the fender, or more tucked into the fender
 
Yes, when you lower the car the wheels will gain a negative camber.

The height the offset number the more the wheel sits closer to the car. So say a 55 offset, the outer wheel lip while be inside the fender. A 25 offset, the outer wheel lip will be outside of the fender, as in wider than the car.
 
The rear wheels will gain negative camber when lowered. The fronts will not. Being low will help but not make the wheels flush. Wheel width and offset will determine where the edge of the wheel is compared to the edge of the fender.
 
Thanks alot guys. With this information it seems that a nice drop, some wheels with the right offset and some camber arms and I'm pretty much good

And then when I get that HFP lip kit... Oh boy
